Job Summary : We are looking for a smart, responsible, and dynamic professional who can independently manage day-to-day business operations across departments. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, multi-tasking, and ready to take full ownership of their role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounts
Manage daily accounting entries using Tally or Excel
Prepare and follow up on invoices
Maintain petty cash and monitor expenses
Coordinate with banks and have basic GST knowledge
2. Operations
Supervise daily office activities and internal coordination
Manage vendor, staff, and delivery operations
Track inventory, handle purchases, and oversee logistics
Ensure seamless operational flow
3. Sales & Client Support
Assist the sales team with client coordination and follow-ups
Prepare quotations, invoices, and client documentation
Handle walk-in and telephonic customer queries professionally
4. Office & Staff Management
Monitor staff attendance and daily activities
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Manage calls, emails, visitors, and general office admin work
Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
Graduate or MBA in any stream
Skills Required:
Proficiency in MS Office, emails, and Tally (preferred)
Fluent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
