Set machine parameters, tool adjustments, and drilling depth.
Ensure panels are drilled as per design specifications.
Maintain machine cleanliness, lubrication, and daily checklists.
Identify and resolve basic machine faults.
Work closely with production supervisors and quality team.
Maintain safety standards and minimize material wastage.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3
-10 years experience
as a multiboring / multi-drilling machine operator.
Good knowledge of furniture & panel processing.
Ability to read shop drawings and understand drilling coordinates.
Experience with MDF, Ply, HDF panels.
Basic mechanical knowledge for minor adjustments.
Discipline, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
