Overview:
The Role


A Middleware Architect is primarily responsible to comprehend the needs and roadmap of Application integration and data integration between two or more applications and data sources, based on the identified needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and comprehend the organization and senior stakeholders needs to envision Integration solutions.
• Deliver solutions successfully with his functional and technical capability to meet various stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 expectations.
• Work closely with various stakeholders like business, technical team and project manager to deliver integration solution with quality and timelines.
• Work continuously to look opportunities to enhance and elevate performance of business functions, Applications and other integration points through technology and integration platform.
• Creates business proposals and/or information technology plans based on an understanding of the organizational strategic direction, technology context and business needs.
• Articulates cost benefit analysis and build business case / Architecture / proposal.
• Works with Executives and facilitates presentation of overall solution articulating the benefits and value prepositions of the proposed solution to Injazat.
• Evaluates different solution options/scenarios for new business and resulting integration pursuits.
• Lead and Develop end to end Solution, Approach and Alignment etc., required for the overall solution.
• Estimates the Target Cost for the end-to-end solution and proposes architecture based on best cost model and reusability of existing integration points
• Leads others in the definition of project scope, plans and deliverables including cost projections and T&T timelines working with internal stake holders.
• Provides expertise in tactical emerging integration technologies and implication to IT market.
• Develops Solution with the support of SMEs to transform the organization from its current IT state to the future state.
• Follows governance, processes and procedures.
• Works collaboratively with Strategic partners in the pursuit/proposal development process.
• Architects the End-to-End Integration function between two or more touchpoints using a reasonable approach employing the available technologies including the API driven architecture from Mulesoft
• Ensure operational levels are met and lead troubleshooting Mulesoft technology solutions and the integration platform
• Ensure compliance on technology, data and security is maintained within the environment
• Design and lead development of integration DEVOPS within available technologies including mulesoft to deliver consistent solutions
• Participate in roadmap design and development of integration capabilities and directed by the management

Qualifications: Skills and attributes for success

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering (or) computer science (or) related field.
• Certifications in any technology streams are preferred

To qualify for the role you must have

• An overall IT experience of 8 years with a minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the relevant field.
• Devops, Middleware development, Mulesoft, NodeJS, Docker Containers, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes, Azure Functions, API development and tools, Postman etc

Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also have

• Person must have experience of delivering enterprise level rollout to mulesoft, NodeJS end to end integration and proactive capability models.
• Person must have excellent understanding of integrating various integration models, devops and API toolkits.
• Knowledge on various industry verticals
• Profound Knowledge on IT Outsourcing and work experience in Global IT firms
• Strong personal networks and relationships
• Strong persuasion and influence skills, and ability to encourage, motivate and stimulate collaboration.
• Good presentation skills.
• Knowledge of IT services environment, processes, and procedures
• Sound knowledge and experience with tools like PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, Visio etc.
• Knowledge of the global market and technology trends and drivers to provide enterprise-wide direction and guidance.
• Knowledge of product domain, relevant technologies, and the development processes to develop an overall system view of the Injazat environment.
• Strategic thinking with high attention to details
