Job Overview:

We are seeking a Mulesoft Integration Engineer to join the team within Business & Engineering Applications group. Our IT strategy is to increase our agility, speed and innovation. Our Open API approach gives us faster and simpler integration of our systems and data to deliver insight and value. We maintain and developing an API platform to make Arm programmable - building a portfolio of APIs to provide greater access to our systems for developers and engineers across Arm, and helping deliver reusable integrations that make our processes more efficient. Working in a small agile team formed of both internal and external colleagues, by developing Mulesoft microservice APIs.
The role is responsible for the creation and maintenance of API Solutions. Although the platform for API management is Mulesoft Anypoint, you have the opportunity to be an integral part of design and delivery of end-to-end architecture solutions at enterprise scale across an array of commercial and custom technologies as needed, building the right solution for the job. Do design consideration will be given to the constraints of hardware, processes, methodologies, and software within the customer environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting colleagues as a Mulesoft Anypoint platform domain expert to enable developers across Arm to understand and exploit the platform
• Developing system and solution-specific APIs, in line with Enterprise and Solution Architecture principles
• Ensuring APIs are designed in alignment with Arm\'s Solution Design Methodology framework, covering the following architecture and design domains:- Business, Data, Application, Technology, Integration, Service Design, Test Design & Delivery Model
• Supporting the APIs as part of the DevOps organisation structure
• orking with Engineering teams and program/account managers to quickly resolve issues
• Translating Epics and User Stories into tasks leading to working code
• Translating detailed designs and master data requirements into technical specifications and build packages
• Maintaining high code quality and engaging in peer review
• Coordinating test planning and execution
• Providing training and documentation for support colleagues
• Supporting ongoing training and development within the team
• Demonstrating integrity, positivity, with a strong work ethic, with responsibility to partners, camaraderie to the team and a real passion for perfection

Required Skills and Experience :

• REST Microservice API design & implementation experience using Mulesoft Anypoint (required)
• You\'ve worked with a broad array of technologies such as Java (e.g. Springboot framework, Maven), JavaScript (Node.js, JSON), SQL, NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB), SQL, OData
• Experience working with cloud development (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP)
• You have experience working in an Agile development team
• Experience or familiarity with continuous delivery (e.g. Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Experience integrating some enterprise software systems such as SAP ERP, Sharepoint, Marketo, Sharepoint, ServiceNow, Salesforce
• You\'re experienced in applying a variety of systems integration practices, middleware messaging systems and integration design patterns (e.g. SOA)
• Git version control (required)
• OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JSON Web Tokens (JWT), SSL, SAML is desirable
• Experience with unit, integration, acceptance, load and performance testing. For example MUnit, JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium, JMeter.
• You have worked in Test Driven or Behaviour Driven development environments
