We are currently seeking a Mulesoft Business Analyst - Functional Consultant Lead Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karn
taka (IN-KA), India (IN).



"Job Summary:

Highly skilled Business Analyst with 6-8 years of experience to join our MuleSoft Healthcare project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare systems, data integration, and business process analysis. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design solutions that leverage MuleSoft's capabilities to enhance healthcare services.

Technical knowledge of MuleSoft would be added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:



Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders, including clinicians, IT staff, and management, to gather and document business requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand user needs and system requirements.



Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and workflows within the healthcare domain.Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.



MuleSoft Integration: Work closely with technical teams to design and implement MuleSoft integrations that connect various healthcare systems (e.g., EHRs, billing systems, and patient management systems).Ensure that integration solutions meet business requirements and adhere to industry standards.



Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories. Maintain up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.



Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and expectations. Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate project progress and gather feedback.



Testing and Validation: Develop test cases and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business needs.Validate that the implemented solutions function as intended and provide training to end-users as necessary.



Project Management Support: User stories creation with Acceptance criteria, Assist project managers in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and managing timelines.Contribute to project planning and status reporting.



Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in healthcare and integration. Propose innovative solutions to enhance the overall performance of healthcare systems.



Experience: 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare sector with a focus on integration projects using MuleSoft.



Technical Skills: Knowledge in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API management. Familiarity with healthcare standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).



Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment."
