Key Responsibilities
Prepare authentic Mughlai dishes including
Chicken Biryani, Mutton Biryani, curries, gravies, kebabs, and tandoori snacks
.
Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portioning across all dishes.
Oversee kitchen operations during shifts and maintain hygienic cooking practices.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely order preparation and smooth workflow.
Manage marination processes, tandoor operations, and slow-cooking techniques specific to Mughlai cuisine.
Monitor stock levels for raw materials, spices, and masalas; report shortages proactively.
Maintain cleanliness of the cooking area, tandoor station, equipment, and utensils.
Follow FSSAI and restaurant safety standards at all times.
Innovate new menu items or improve existing dishes based on customer feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Mughlai / North Indian Chef (minimum 3 years).
Strong command over
tandoor cooking
