The MTT Trainer/Teacher will be responsible for delivering effective lessons focused on
Mother Tongue language learning / Moral education / Talent development (MTT)
as defined by the institution. The teacher will engage students through creative, student-centered activities, ensuring strong foundational learning and positive character development.
Plan, prepare, and deliver structured MTT lessons according to the school curriculum.
Develop engaging teaching materials, worksheets, and activities.
Conduct interactive and activity-based sessions to build students' language, moral, or talent skills.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, discipline, and participation.
Assess and monitor students' progress through regular evaluations.
Maintain clear records of attendance, performance, and classroom activities.
Communicate effectively with parents and academic coordinators regarding student development.
Participate in school events, training programs, and MTT-related workshops.
Ensure classroom discipline and adhere to school policies.
Collaborate with other teachers to enhance the overall learning environment.
