MTR Foods Private Limited - Costing & Pricing Manager - Bangalore

Main challenges in this position (or company/division/BU) :
- Management of Scheme, Scheme MIS, Offers, etc.

- What IF analysis for Margin basis of different business scenarios

- Managing and ensuring Annual MRP revision across categories and zones

- Support to Marketing & Sales team with analytics for various strategic decisions.

- Support in the achievement & maintenance of Margins across categories and channels

- Ensuring timely and accurate Pricing as per request for Domestic and Export

- New ideas and innovation in costing/pricing.

Responsibility and mandate :

- Scheme Management and offer costing.

- Costing, Pricing & Margin/Profitability Analysis Work.

- Proactive approach in ensuring accurate and timely Price Master Maintenance

- Managing & coordinating Cost audit

- Taking the lead role for change in pricing analysis & correction due to key changes - be it taxes or cost, schemes, or offers.

- SAP CO module-related works.

- Internal Financial controls testing and developing Risk Control Matrix.

Main tasks and/or projects :

- Preparation of Trade Scheme workings. Scheme management, MIS to zones.

- MIS on Export profitability, Margins analysis.

- Margin workings for New product developments/renovations, Institutional pricing etc.

- Offers/liquidation impact workings, change in sales mix/volume impact on margin analytics. Price off workings impact etc.

- Preparation of P &L for various business channels.

- Ensuring Pre-month and month-end cost run and related analysis.

- SKUs rationalization workings.

- Margin movement analysis through realization / RM & others cost analysis.

- Ability to work in Cross-Functional teams on Costing and Pricing Special projects.

- Internal financial control testing, and maintenance of Risk control matrix.

- Unconditional support to the team in critical areas of work.

- Participate in Cost reduction projects with the Factory Finance team

Candidate Profile :

Education : ICWA (Final)/CA (Final)

Experience :

- At least 6+ years of Accounting experience with 4+ yrs of Costing/Pricing

- Accounting

- MS OFFICE

- Costing

- SAP/ERP - FI/CO - esp. Costing Module
