Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, MCS P2P Specialist

This job is responsible for delivering P2P service for one or more segments across multiple geographies. As such, this person will be the MCS main point of contact for the Buying community in their assigned region and area of expertise providing process coordination and support within:

1. Directs: Raw Materials, Packaging and External Factory

2. Indirects: General Buying, Plant Maintenance, Logistics

3. E-sourcing

4. Vendor Master Data

Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact in MCS for queries related to P2P processes. Depending on the area these are:*
Indirects (PM, Logistics, General Buying, Supplier financing, Vendor assurance, System helpline, System trainings)*
Directs (Raws, Packs, External factory)*
E-sourcing*

Vendor Master Data

Able to find wastes and inefficiencies of the existing systems & processes o Provide support to Buyers & requisitioners o Work efficiently with a wide range of internal clients o Support Senior Specialists with their deliverables and project

Review and analyze outstanding Accounts Receivable reports to identify unpaid claims.*
Governance & Communication Responsibilities:

Track metrics and KPIs as defined in Service Catalogue*
Drive P2P processes on cross-MCS Team level*
Improve systems and documentation*
Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications / Skills

o University degree preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics, International Business English language skills mandatory Professional level of English, Mandarin & Cantonese strongly required Professional experience: o Students/graduates o Preferred experience in Shared Service Centers (Master data, AP, procurement), procurement, supply chain, logistics, finance departments would be an assetPreferred Qualifications/ Skills

Basic knowledge of core P2P functional competencies*
Good communication and interpersonal skills*
Basic problem solving skills*
Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to organise workload*
Ability to analyse data and assess information quickly*
Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers*
Good written and verbal communication skills*
Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative*
Excellent attention to detail*
