The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in business development within the IT services industry and possess a proven track record of driving growth and building strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company goals and drive revenue growth.- Identify and target new business opportunities and client segments within the IT services sector.- The main priority is the persons who worked on the web, mobile app and AI ML development services within the organization.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.- Monitor and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and progress toward targets.Requirements:- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business development, specifically within the IT services industry.- Strong understanding of IT services, market dynamics, and client needs.- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals from end to end, and achieve sales targets.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
