Inviting applications for the role of Managment Trainee, Credit Control
Responsibilities

  • Relevant Experience in Credit Control/Technical Accounting (Booking, Cash Applications & Collections)
  • Booking Premiums, Claims- validation of ledgers, handling strategic clients, complex calculations- premium & year-end adjustments, monthly audits, updating SOX compliant reports, Ad hoc assignments, handling delinquent reports.
  • Collections & Cash Applications- sending statements of due balances, validating outgoing payments, net-off arrangements, compliance check and approvals.
  • Providing technical advice on various audits.
  • Handling day to day team-related activities.
  • Client interactions via training, conference calls, emails and messenger service.
  • Manage MIS activities and look after the process.
  • Work towards driving improvements in execution and initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
  • Graduate in Commerce
  • Experience in Premiums, Cash Application & Collections) preferably in UK market
  • Insurance/ Reinsurance Domain knowledge
  • Lean/Six Sigma awareness
Preferred qualifications
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent analytical ability
  • High-level attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated delivery of high-quality output.
  • Ability to work in a changing environment
  • Ability to form relationships with internal customers in Genpact and very importantly with the client must be seen as a proactive, useful teammate
  • High customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure
