Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, HRO (People Partners & Specialists)
Responsibilities:
Manage all administrative activity within Jobvite (ATS)
Review candidate pipelines
Submit screening questions through Jobvite
Review screens & submit qualified candidates to Hiring Manager
Input all candidate flow within system, includes application, screen and screen results, ensuring interview feedback is in the system, interviews completed disposition of candidates for hire/no hire and closing of job requisition.
Monitor Interview team and ensure interviews are taking place as scheduled
Work with TA Operations to troubleshoot issues
Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail daily
Initiate pre-employment background checks within system
Launch new employee Onboarding
Ensure quality interview experience for all candidates
Manage communication flow between Talent Acquisition, candidates, and hiring teams through text and emails
