Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in social work MSW) Fluency in Tamil (Preferred / Mandatory) Valid Social Work certification (as required by local regulations) Previous experience in social services or case management preferred Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team High level of empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
