project in Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will work closely with local authorities, community members, and project teams to drive sanitation initiatives, awareness programs, and field-level activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits, baseline surveys, community assessments, and documentation.
Mobilize and engage communities, SHGs, ward members, and stakeholders to promote sanitation and hygiene practices.
Support the planning and implementation of SBM components at district/ULB level.
Organize awareness campaigns, workshops, IEC/BCC activities, and training sessions.
Coordinate with government departments, ULB officials, and project team for smooth project execution.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, documentation, success stories, and MIS updates.
Monitor the progress of activities and ensure timely reporting.
Address community grievances and support behaviour change initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
MSW (Master of Social Work)
from a recognized institution.
2-3 years of relevant experience
in community development, sanitation projects, or social sector programs.
Experience working with government bodies, ULBs, or development projects preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct fieldwork independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of SBM guidelines and sanitation sector will be an added advantage.
