Xerago is looking for enthusiastic

MSW Freshers and MSW Interns

to join our CSR team as

Corporate Sanitary Inspectors

. This role focuses on promoting workplace hygiene, sanitation standards, employee well-being, and CSR-driven health initiatives. The role includes monitoring sanitation practices within the office and supporting CSR health and hygiene awareness programs.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily sanitation and hygiene standards within the office premises. Conduct routine inspections of restrooms, common areas, pantry, and waste management points. Report sanitation observations to the Admin/CSR team and ensure timely corrective actions. Assist in planning and implementing CSR awareness programs on hygiene, health, and well-being. Maintain checklists, logs, and inspection reports with accuracy. Coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure compliance with hygiene SOPs. Support implementation of waste segregation, eco-friendly practices, and workplace safety initiatives. Engage employees through hygiene-driven campaigns, workshops, and CSR activities. Collect feedback and participate in reviewing hygiene standards and CSR impact metrics. Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and internal assessments.

Eligibility & QualificationsFor Freshers (Full-time):

MSW (Master of Social Work) - Completed. Strong interest in CSR, workplace health, hygiene, and community well-being.

For Interns (MSW Fieldwork/Internship):

Pursuing MSW (1st or 2nd year). Available for full-time internship for a defined period.

Skills Required

Good communication and observation skills. Basic knowledge of hygiene standards, sanitation procedures, or CSR activities. Ability to work with housekeeping, admin, and CSR teams. Good documentation and reporting skills. Willingness to work on-field within office premises. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets preferred.
