Install, operate, and maintain electrical systems including wiring, panels, DBs, lighting, and power circuits.
Attend electrical breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of LT panels and equipment.
Diagnose faults using electrical testing instruments.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety norms and statutory requirements.
Maintain logs for power consumption, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with HVAC, plumbing, and MST teams for integrated maintenance.
Key Skills
Sound knowledge of electrical systems and safety practices
Hands-on experience in commercial/residential facilities
Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
