Key Responsibilities of an MST:

Maintenance and Repair:

Repairing and maintaining a wide range of systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment.

Preventive Maintenance:

Performing routine checks and maintenance to prevent equipment failures.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and resolving malfunctions and breakdowns in various systems.

Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and repairs.

Customer Communication:

Communicating with tenants or clients regarding maintenance needs and progress.

Other Tasks:

May also include tasks like painting, carpentry, landscaping, or pest control, depending on the specific role.
