Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, technically sound

MST (Multi-Skilled Technician)

to support day-to-day maintenance operations at the property. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of

HVAC systems

, and basic understanding of

electrical and plumbing

systems.

Key Responsibilities

Support preventive and routine maintenance of HVAC systems across guest rooms and public areas Troubleshoot and assist with minor electrical repairs, wiring, lighting, and switchboards Perform plumbing-related fixes including leak checks, pipe fittings, and basic drainage issues Coordinate with vendors or senior engineers for larger repair works Maintain maintenance logs and ensure timely resolution of guest complaints Assist in upkeep of generators, water heaters, pumps, and other utility equipment Ensure compliance with safety standards, hygiene, and environmental practices

Candidate Requirements

6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a hotel, resort, or residential facility Basic technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing Willingness to learn and support multiple engineering functions as required Physically fit and able to work flexible hours or on-call as needed Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and guest-service mindset Preference will be given to candidates from Assam or nearby regions
