The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
MSP Sales and Marketing Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth for our US-based clientele. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals with SMBs in the US market. This is a unique opportunity to sell world-class services to an international market, build your own pipeline, and have a direct impact on our global success, all with the flexibility of working remotely from India.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution & Business Development:
Prospecting:
Identify and qualify new potential clients in the US SMB market through targeted outbound efforts using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, apollo.io with email campaigns, and other digital channels.
Lead Management:
Manage and nurture inbound marketing leads, moving them effectively through the sales funnel.
Consultative Selling:
Conduct discovery calls and virtual meetings to understand the unique IT challenges and business objectives of US-based SMBs.
Solution Crafting:
Develop and present tailored proposals for our suite of services (IT Helpdesk, Cybersecurity, NOC, Cloud, UC), including pricing and SLAs.
Closing:
Own the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in our CRM.
2. Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with US clients, ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery/onboarding team.
Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, demonstrating a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and business outcomes relevant to US SMBs.
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Haves)
Experience:
Minimum of
3 years of proven experience
in a B2B sales role, with at least
2 years specifically selling Managed IT Services (MSP)
or complex IT solutions (e.g., IT Helpdesk, Cybersecurity, Cloud, NOC) to businesses. Experience selling to the US market is a significant advantage.
Sales Acumen:
Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Technical Understanding:
Strong understanding of core MSP services and technologies, such as:
Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM)
Professional Services Automation (PSA)
Endpoint Security & SOC
Microsoft 365 & Azure/AWS cloud environments
Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR)
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English with a neutral, professional accent suitable for US client interactions.
Self-Motivation:
As a remote worker, you must be highly disciplined, proactive, and able to manage your time effectively across different time zones if necessary, without direct supervision.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with standard sales and productivity tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams).
