Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify and generate new leads for IT Managed Services (MSP), including AMC, remote support, cloud services, cybersecurity, backup solutions, and IT infrastructure support.
Understand client IT environments and propose suitable MSP solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service walkthroughs confidently.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements in coordination with technical teams.
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during pre-sales and onboarding stages.
Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business and IT needs.
Follow up on leads, proposals, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service transition after sales closure.
Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with technical, operations, and support teams to align solutions with client requirements.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client records.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
