CTG is seeking an experienced Hypercare Operations Lead to support a major ERP implementation and ongoing operations in a remote capacity.
About the Role
This role focuses on leading Hypercare support for a new ERP implementation across Burt's Bees and Foods manufacturing sites. You'll be the point person for raising issues, managing priorities, keeping workstreams aligned, and making sure operations stay steady while the organization shifts into new systems and processes. You'll help teams navigate bumps in the road, push for improvements, and make sure manufacturing standards stay intact while everyone adapts to upgraded technology.
This position is remote in EST, with travel as needed to stay close to the work.
What You'll Do
Spot and surface issues affecting Operations tied to the new ERP project.
Lead the daily Hypercare call and keep teams clear on priorities.
Track Hypercare metrics and progress, flagging risks and trends early.
Partner with business units and project leaders to manage tasks, troubleshoot, and get decisions made quickly.
Adjust plans as priorities shift, making sure the project stays on track and resources are used wisely.
Present technical information in a way that non-technical partners can easily understand.
Build strong relationships across the network and be viewed as a trusted advisor.
Navigate conflict with a steady hand and help teams land on solutions that work for the business.
Work independently while staying connected to stakeholders across functions.
Travel 25-50% depending on project phase and resource needs.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of project management experience in Supply Chain.
Ideally 2+ years working on ERP implementations (SAP S4, Ariba, MES, EWM).
3+ years leading people or teams.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
Hands-on experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing with strong technical problem-solving skills.
Deep technical knowledge in your area of expertise, with an active external professional network.
A history of leading complex projects involving new technology.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position is up to $38.37 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
