Roles & Responsibilities:

Overview of the Objectives of the Role

• Deliver to contractual Service Levels against agreed equipment list
• Achieve best in class service delivery
• Bring technical expertise to improve customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities
MSI Application Packaging for Windows 10.

• Perform the full lifecycle of software packaging from discovery and requirements gathering, analysis, packaging and customization
• Create MSI packages using Admin Studio (silent installations)
• Knowledge of conflict resolution
• Knowledge of scripting using PowerShell)
• Adhering to Microsoft Best practices
• Work in a disciplined and structured manner in accordance with ITIL based service management processes
• Handle customer problems promptly; escalate issues according to established procedures.
• Document trouble-shooting procedures.

Education and Experience Required:
2+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
Packaging Skills: Installshield 12x and MSIX.

Tools: Orca, VM Ware.
Operation Systems: Win 10/20012/16.
Virtualization and Streaming tool: Microsoft Virtualization Tool (MSIX), Citrix Server.
Scripting Tool: In Depth working Experience on WMI scripting, MS-DOS Scripting and PowerShell.
