Key Responsibilities
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Development
: Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business needs.
Custom Plugin Development
: Develop and implement custom plugins and integrations within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
Power Platform Expertise
: Utilize Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create business applications and automate workflows.
API Integration
: Work with external systems to integrate APIs with Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
Customization & Configuration
: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP solutions, ensuring they are scalable and aligned with business requirements.
Database Management
: Write and optimize SQL queries, working with SQL Server for effective data management and reporting.
DevOps & CI/CD
: Implement continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
Reporting & Analytics
: Develop reports and dashboards using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and Power BI to provide actionable business insights.
Collaboration
: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience
: 6-7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and customization.

Expertise in
