Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality lectures for NEET Biology / Physics syllabus (Class 11 & 12). Design and conduct regular tests, assignments, and doubt-clearing sessions. Analyze student performance and provide feedback for improvement. Develop and review study materials, question banks, and model test papers. Stay updated with the latest NEET exam pattern and syllabus changes. Mentor and motivate students to achieve top performance. Collaborate with the academic team for continuous improvement of teaching strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in biology or a related field (Ph.D. is a plus). Proven experience teaching biology for NEET (minimum 2-3 years preferred). Strong command over the subject and NEET syllabus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage and inspire students in both offline and online modes.
