We are seeking an experienced MS365 Specialist to lead the integration of Microsoft 365 environments during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.MissionThe MS365 Specialist will be expected to work closely with the Project Managers, M&A technical team members, and our partners to deliver MS365 integrations within the approved timeline, budget and scope. This role will focus on delivering the MS365 changes required to integrate acquired companies into the Atlas Copco IT landscape as well as driving standardization and process improvements for these types of activities.Key Responsibilities:Lead the technical integration of MS365 services in M&A projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Assess the acquired/divested company's existing MS365 environment and develop integration strategies.Plan and execute data migrations, including Exchange Online mailboxes, SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and OneDrive content.Manage identity and access management (IAM), including Azure Active Directory (AAD) domain consolidation, hybrid identity configurations, and conditional access policies.Ensure security and compliance alignment across integrated MS365 environments.Develop automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline migration and post-migration activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, compliance, and business stakeholders.Troubleshoot and resolve MS365-related technical issues during and after integrations.Provide documentation, training, and support for end-users and IT teams.To succeed, you will needThe ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in MS365 services, Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and security/compliance tools, with a strong focus on migration, automation, and governance.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration and migrations.Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.Proven experience with MS365 tenant-to-tenant migrations in an M&A environment.Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.Strong understanding of MS365 security, compliance, and governance best practices.Familiarity with third-party migration tools such as ShareGate, Quest, BitTitan, or similar.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, MS-700, AZ-104) are highly desirable.Experience with Intune, Defender for Office 365, and compliance center configurations.Previous experience in IT consulting or enterprise-level M&A integrations.In return, we offer youWe provide challenging work environment.
