Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis

Conduct

thorough patient evaluations

to diagnose orthopedic conditions. Interpret

X-rays, MRI scans, CT scans, and other diagnostic reports

. Provide treatment plans that integrate

modern orthopedics with Ayurvedic Shalyatantra principles

. Collaborate with

physiotherapists and pain management specialists

for non-surgical interventions.

3. Patient Care & Rehabilitation

Educate patients on

post-treatment rehabilitation, diet, and lifestyle modifications

. Monitor

patient progress and recovery

, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Coordinate with

physiotherapists and pain specialists

for rehabilitation therapy.

4. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain

detailed patient records, treatment plans, and progress reports

. Ensure compliance with

medical regulations and hospital protocols

6. Departmental Coordination

Collaborate with

physiotherapists, pain specialists, and rehabilitation experts

. Work closely with

administration and hospital management

for smooth department functioning. Participate in

CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs

and interdisciplinary meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

MS (Shalyatantra) from a recognized institution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
