Job Description

An orthopedic job involves diagnosing, treating, and preventing musculoskeletal issues (bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons) through surgical and non-surgical methods, including injury care, disease management, rehabilitation planning, patient consultation, research, and supervising medical staff, requiring extensive training, licensing, and skills in manual dexterity and problem-solving

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care:

Diagnose and treat fractures, arthritis, sports injuries, deformities, and other musculoskeletal conditions across all ages.

Treatment Planning:

Develop plans using surgery (e.g., joint replacement, fracture fixation) or non-surgical options (medication, injections, bracing).

Surgical Procedures:

Perform operations, from complex reconstructions to minimally invasive techniques, along with pre- and post-operative care.

Diagnostics:

Order and interpret imaging (X-rays, MRIs) and conduct physical assessments.

Rehabilitation:

Recommend and coordinate physical therapy and recovery programs.

Collaboration:

Work with other specialists (radiologists, PTs, anesthesiologists) and supervise nurses/staff.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed patient records and track progress.

Professional Development:

Stay updated through CME, research, and training.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
