Position Summary

Level:

Manager or equivalent


As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will oversee the delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions, lead cross-functional and global teams and mentor junior members. You will collaborate to understand functional requirements, support sales and proposal efforts, and drive end-to-end project delivery, including estimation and planning, to ensure successful outcomes.

Work you'll do:

In this role, you will architect client-focused solutions using Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 by analyzing client needs and designing, building, configuring, testing, and supporting Finance & Operations systems. You will manage all project phases, from requirements gathering to post go-live support, and collaborate proactively with teammates. You will oversee testing, deployment, and progress reporting, ensuring best delivery practices for quality and reusability. Additionally, you will contribute innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes and drive continuous improvement throughout each engagement.

offering provides advice, planning, and implementation of Cloud ERP solutions like Workday, MS Dynamics and Infor, featuring built-in industry-specific capabilities. The USI team plays a crucial role throughout the entire engagement lifecycle, from initial pursuits to final delivery. Specializing in Financials and Supply Chain transformations, the team also implements Adaptive Planning Solutions across various industries. Their deep expertise in both technology and domain ensures effective, tailored solutions that drive value and operational excellence for clients.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

5-9 years of consulting or industry experience, with at least three full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementations Advanced expertise in SCM modules: inventory, asset, procurement, sourcing, sales, marketing, cost, transportation, warehouse, landed cost, production, and product information Skilled in supply chain process analysis, solution design, and integration with third-party systems Experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 SCM implementation and managing D365 SCM third-party projects Excellent English communication, including strong listening, presentation, and documentation skills Capable of requirement analysis, documentation, and articulating solutions effectively Ability to prioritize, manage time, and meet commitments Strong collaboration, with proven internal and client-facing communication in team environments

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

Active Microsoft Dynamics Certification would be an added advantage AX/D365 SCM certification is preferred

Education:

BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university

Location:

Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai

Shift Timings:

11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
