Experience:

• Primary Skills Combination: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform
• Preference: Microsoft Certified in the relevant skills

• Contribute to technical design discussions.
• Guide developers with implementation approaches and troubleshooting
• Implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions
• Implement Power Platform solutions involving Power Apps (Model Driven, Canvas, Portals), Power Automate, Virtual Agents, Dataverse
• Enable external access using Power Portal
• Create workflows using Power Automate for business process automation
• Create reports and data visualization using Power BI
• Develop solutions and reusable artefact on Power Platform
• Monitor and help to analyse data use, workflow, and API processing/performance
• Coordinate business/system activities and perform impact analysis for proposed upgrades
• Build, maintain / develop various application integration with third party and legacy/back-end systems
• Lead a team of developers or work with peer SMEs to deliver solutions

• Strong development experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Strong development experience with Power Platform - Power Apps (Model, Canvas, Portal - these 3 are must), Power Automate and Dataverse
• Create custom components with PowerApp Component Framework
• Create custom connectors for integration with enterprise and third-party systems
