Dynamics CRM Architect

experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, integrated CRM solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong solution design capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM architectures across diverse business domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect end-to-end CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

Design and implement Power Platform components including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Power Automate flows.

Lead integration strategy using REST APIs, OData, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and custom connectors.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Define CRM architecture standards, data models, security roles, and governance frameworks. Oversee solution performance, scalability, and maintainability across environments.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Stay current with Microsoft platform updates and recommend enhancements aligned with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, with 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 CE.

Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Expertise in .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management).

Proven experience in designing and implementing complex system integrations. Deep understanding of CRM security models, data architecture, and solution lifecycle.

Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control (Git, Azure DevOps).

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
