Job Description
Oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX 2009/2012 Technical Implementation Support Projects and manage the team work on a day to day basis. Collaborate with Functional Consultant to prepare functional specification for customizations required in Dynamics D365 / AX implementation. Review complex Technical Issues and oversee resolution of those issues. Breaking down functional specifications into technical designs, development tasks, estimates, and executing to completion. Provide testing, quality assurance, and written technical documentation (TDD). Troubleshoot and resole software bugs, data, and system configuration issues. Undertake Performance Optimization exercises on Microsoft Dynamics environments and make recommendations to improve performance Lead upgrades from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, AX 2012 R2, R3, AX 2009 and Dynamics AX 2009/2012 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations. Also lead upgrade from one update of Dynamics 365 for Operations to another upgrade Education UG:Diploma - Computers, B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, B.Sc - Computers PG:MBA/PGDM - Information Technology, M.Tech - Computers, MCA - Computers, M.Sc - Computers
