About the Role

We are looking for a talented and driven

Software Technician - Microsoft Dynamics 365 LS Central

with strong expertise in

mobile application development

to support and strengthen our retail technology operations. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, excel in problem-solving, and have hands-on experience managing large-scale retail systems.

You will be the key technical backbone ensuring smooth system performance, delivering impactful mobile solutions, and optimizing mission-critical tools like Price Checker, PDA devices, POS systems, and other retail technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain

Microsoft Dynamics 365 LS Central

for retail operations. Detect, analyze, and resolve system errors, performance issues, and functional inconsistencies. Customize and enhance modules within the

Dynamics 365

ecosystem. Ensure seamless integration of retail systems:

Price Checker, PDA devices, POS

, and third-party platforms. Build and deploy efficient mobile applications supporting retail workflows (inventory, scanning, store operations, customer tools). Develop high-performance mobile applications using

Flutter, React Native, iOS, or Android

. Ensure apps are optimized for user experience, performance, and system compatibility. Build integrations between mobile apps and

Dynamics 365 LS Central

/ backend systems. Provide technical support across

POS systems, mobile apps, and inventory management tools

. Troubleshoot device-related and operational issues across retail systems. Generate actionable reports for business operations, inventory tracking, and performance monitoring. Maintain data consistency and accuracy across systems.

Required Skills (Mandatory)

3-7 years of hands-on experience in

Microsoft Dynamics 365 LS Central

Strong background in

mobile application development

(Flutter / React Native / iOS / Android) Experience integrating retail devices and applications (Price Checker, PDA, POS) Solid understanding of

retail workflows

and system architecture Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
