Key Responsibilities

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:

Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues within the Dynamics 365 platform.

Incident Management:

Manage and prioritize support tickets, working within defined SLAs to provide timely resolutions.

Technical Expertise:

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Dynamics 365 CRM and other related modules.

Customization Support:

Assist with customizations, such as plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows.

Collaboration:

Work with engineering and product delivery teams to understand requirements and contribute to project needs.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service to users experiencing issues with the platform.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Knowledge:

Deep technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Problem-Solving:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for explaining technical issues to diverse users.

User Configuration:

Experience with user configurations, data import, and export within Dynamics 365.

Customer Service:

Ability to manage user demands, provide support, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Microsoft Certifications:

Ideally, candidates hold Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications or are pursuing them.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹116,537.40 per month
