Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MS Azure Trainer to deliver high-quality training on Microsoft Azure cloud technologies. The trainer will be responsible for designing course materials, conducting interactive sessions, preparing students for Azure certification exams, and supporting learners through hands-on cloud labs. Key Responsibilities 1. Training Delivery Conduct online or classroom training on Microsoft Azure fundamentals and advanced modules. Deliver sessions on topics such as: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Azure Administrator (AZ-104) Azure Developer (AZ-204) Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305) Azure DevOps (AZ-400) Provide hands-on lab sessions using Azure Portal, CLI, PowerShell, ARM templates, etc. Ensure learners understand real-time cloud use cases and industry practices. 2. Content Development Prepare training materials, PPTs, assignments, case studies, and lab exercises. Continuously update content with latest Azure features and best practices. Develop certification-oriented question banks and mock exams. 3. Learner Support Mentor students, clarify doubts, and provide technical guidance. Evaluate learner performance through assessments and provide feedback. Support learners in certification preparation and career readiness. 4. Administrative & Coordination Maintain training schedules, attendance, progress reports, and documentation. Coordinate with the training management team for smooth delivery. Participate in trainer meetings, updates, and improvement discussions. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, including: Compute, Storage, Networking Azure Active Directory Security, IAM, Monitoring Virtual Machines, App Services, Kubernetes (AKS), Containers Azure SQL, Cosmos DB Azure DevOps pipelines, CI/CD Hands-on experience using Azure Portal, CLI, PowerShell. Familiarity with cloud architecture, deployment models, hybrid environments. Training Skills Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or corporate coach (preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT/ECE or related field. Azure certifications like AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-204, AZ-400 are highly desirable. Preferred Experience 2-8 years of industry or training experience in Azure cloud technologies. Experience in designing cloud architectures or DevOps pipelines (added advantage). Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is a bonus.
