You will join our Digital Workplace Solutions department

As our new Microsoft 365 Power Platform Consultant you will be part of Business Applications where we manage global applications in Ramboll and do our utmost to ensure that we support Ramboll with the best possible solutions. In Business Applications, we have a dynamic collaboration culture and retain high employee satisfaction. We set top standards for the quality of our deliverables and keep a strong focus on adding value to Ramboll. You will be based in our office in Chennai.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

Understand and follow Data Governance and ensure attention to data quality.

Understand and follow defined standards and best practices.

Understand and ensure security and data privacy standards.

Leverage existing user and group management solutions to manage access and security roles in Power Apps

Monitor and support the governance model between citizen developers and managed IT services

Support for non-default environments in organization

Capturing compliance / auditing data

Measure adoption and usage within organization

Plan and manage license and capacity

Align and guide on Environment strategy

Assist user to adopt and migrate to new environment and policies

Monitor connectors

Audit new app, flow, custom connectors

Clean up apps and environment

Must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of data verse key concepts.

Must have an understanding of Microsoft licensing concepts.

Must have an awareness of Power Platform administration including environments, data loss policies, users etc.

Understand Core architectural principles in Power Platform

Knowledge of deployment scenarios and Application lifecycle management

Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform core components; Power Apps in particular.

Data modelling skills in the Power Platform space.

1-5 years of PowerApps Development experience.

Understanding of other Azure services that can support Power Platform capabilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership.

Strong attention to detail, problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Must have the ability to relate to both senior and junior stakeholder

Must have strong negotiation skills

Must be an active team participant
