Below are the details about the requirement:

Job Title: MRT-Operations Associates (CSR Voice)
Job Location: Ahmedabad [Gujarat]
#of Position(s): 05
Shift Type: 6.00 PM to 6.30 AM IST (will vary)
Working Days: 5 [Monday to Friday] with Free Meal Facility
Salary: 18000 to 23000 per month + Monthly Performance Bonus
Education: Minimum 12th pass

Skill & Competence (Required - Must Have) - Good communication skills, Logical reasoning, open for feedback/coaching, Team player
Roles & Responsibilities:
To ensure efficient, accurate and cost-effective on-site scanning by the MRTs (Medical Records Technicians) while minimizing provider abrasion.
To ensure maximum optimization of MRT appointments with minimal or no re-scheduling and with a reduced travelling cost
To ensure MRTs have enough records assigned as per their capacity to copy records
To confirm all the assigned appointments with the Providers\' offices before the MRT visits the office
To ensure 13*5 Technical Support is provided to ALL fields MRTs working in USA
To provide all Technical Support to the MRTs pertaining to the issue they have with MRTPro
To provide support to all MRTs who are newly hired in completing the online training and simulation process
To ensure proper updates are cascaded to respective MRTs for complying with the Special Instructions given by providers\' offices
To ensure MRT Pending to upload is minimal
To ensure MRT\'s Check-In and Check-Out in a timely manner
To ensure all the MRT invoices are processed and send for approval in a timely manner
To ensure MRT Roster is updated every week
