Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Training Instructor MRO to join our growing aircraft engine maintenance facility in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in aircraft engine disassembly and assembly, along with a strong understanding of maintenance procedures and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

• Implement approved training programs, including course outlines, handouts, and assessments
• Conduct theory and practical sessions on aircraft engine operations and maintenance
• Guide trainees in using maintenance manuals, performing component removal, and modular maintenance
• Observe and assess trainee performance, ensuring proper understanding and skill application
• Develop and maintain training aids and tools
• Administer written and practical exams
• Stay current with engine modifications, publication revisions, and field maintenance updates
• Support the setup and expansion of the new MRO facility by mentoring new hires

Skills & Knowledge

• In-depth understanding of aircraft engine theory and maintenance procedures
• Familiarity with EASA Part 147 and FAA regulations
• Strong communication, mentoring, and technical training skills
• Ability to work in a hands-on environment and adapt to evolving maintenance practices
