Managing, monitoring and performing the following activities in HIM department and submitting report with the following staff assigned
Managing process of Admission, transfer by PRD.
Managing the process of receiving discharge file from ward, Assembling, Deficiency check.
Responsible for monitoring complete/ incomplete entry made in the system.
Monitoring diagnosis entry in respective IP no.
Responsible for monitoring incomplete to complete control ICD Coding - ICD10, ICD9CM.
Responsible for monitoring scanning of ER/ IP record.
Responsible for the maintenance of IP records .
Responsible for data submission - Quality indicator, Quality improvement program, Confidentiality/ Security.
Monitoring discarding of Inpatient record scanned & final disposal of records after retention.
Responsible for MR request - Manual/ Digital/ Tracking.
Managing customer care calls clearance.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
