Key Responsibilities:
Conduct primary and secondary market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various internal and external sources.
Develop detailed market and industry reports to support strategic decisions.
Monitor and report on emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory developments.
Assist in identifying and evaluating new product opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, etc.) for data collection and validation.
Maintain and update market databases, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
Support customer feedback and Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives.
