Position Description: Looking for MQ Admin candidates with knowledge in server builds, deployment, configuration, maintenance & migration of MQ infrastructure, production on-call support and ready to work in shifts Your future duties and responsibilities: Hands-on knowledge on Product installations/Upgrades/Fixpack of Websphere MQ 9.1 on Distributed platform Configuration & Administration of Websphere MQ on various distributed system Experience in creating and managing MQ objects like Queue Managers, Queues, Channels, Listeners Strong experience in configuration of Distributed Queue Management setup, Setup Client/Server Architecture etc. Experience in MQ clustering and workload balancing in MQ Good experience on working with MQ object security(OAM) Experience in MQ SSL setup & Certificate renewal process Good understanding of UNIX environment to perform MQ admin activities Good understanding on MQ concepts like Triggering, DLQ handler, Tracing in MQ Good communication & troubleshooting skills Analyzing MQ/QMGR error logs & FDC's to perform root cause analysis. Good understanding on HA/Multi-Instance queue managers MQ Cerification is an added advantage Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Involve and contribute in technical solution design, development, deployment/cutover, and implementation - covering all technical aspects of the program implementation. Provide hands-on technical solutions to business challenges & translates them into process/technical solutions. Interpret requirements, performs highly complex analyses and presents options and recommendations to obtain desired results. Develop advanced technological/automation ideas to reduce the manual touch points from the build stage.
