Manufacturing Project Manager (MPM):

Project Oversight:

Manage projects to ensure on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery of new products.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Lead and coordinate with engineering, design, and production teams to streamline manufacturing processes.

Risk Management:

Identify and implement mitigation plans for project-related risks.

Resource Management:

Oversee the allocation and availability of resources, equipment, and capacity.

Material Program Manager (MPM):

Supply Chain Strategy:

Develop and execute strategic plans for the supply chain, including proposal, design, and production phases.

Material Availability:

Ensure 100% material availability for complex projects, managing the clear-to-build (CTB) process.

Risk & Obsolescence:

Manage material-related risks, obsolescence, and excess inventory issues.

Supplier Management:

Manage supplier performance, including quality and on-time delivery.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary contact for management and internal customers on material program matters.
