Job Description

Supervise day-to-day moulding operations in the foundry to meet production targets Allocate manpower and machines efficiently for moulding activities Ensure proper preparation of moulds, cores, and sand mixtures as per specifications Monitor mould quality to prevent casting defects such as sand inclusion or misruns Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in the foundry Train and guide moulding operators on correct techniques and quality standards Maintain production records, shift reports, and rejection data Reduce scrap and rework through continuous process improvement initiatives Monitor consumption of sand, binders, and other moulding materials Support preventive maintenance activities for moulding equipment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
