Job Description

We are urgently hiring Moulders with foundry / metal casting experience for a leading company in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for preparing moulds, handling molten metal, and ensuring quality casting production.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare sand moulds and cores as per specifications

Operate furnaces and handle molten metal safely

Pour molten metal into moulds and monitor cooling/solidification

Remove finished castings from moulds and perform finishing work

Inspect castings for defects and maintain quality standards

Follow workplace safety protocols and use protective equipment

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment

Key Skills:

Foundry / metal casting operations

Mould preparation and finishing

Knowledge of furnaces, tools, and casting techniques

Understanding of safety procedures in foundry work

Physical fitness and stamina

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years in foundry / metal casting

Education Qualification:

10th / 12th Pass (any stream)

ITI / Diploma in Foundry Technology / Metallurgy / Mechanical (preferred)
