Moulder - Foundry Operations

Prepare sand moulds using hand tools or moulding machines based on casting specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings, process sheets, and moulding instructions. Handle sand casting processes. Ensure correct pattern, core setting, and gating system layout. Inspect and maintain moulds, patterns, and core boxes for production readiness. Collaborate with melting and pouring teams to ensure timely and accurate castings. Follow safety standards and use PPE as required in the foundry environment. Identify defects in moulds or castings and take corrective actions.
