About the Role

Join our innovative R&D team as a Mould Designer and play a key role in developing precision moulds for life-saving medical devices like IV cannulas and infusion sets.

What You'll Do

Design and develop multi-cavity injection moulds for plastic medical components.

Create detailed 3D models & 2D drawings using SolidWorks and release BOMs.

Collaborate with R&D, tooling, vendors to validate designs and implement corrections.

Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and GMP standards in tooling activities.

Support mould trials, conduct design reviews, and contribute to DHF documentation.

What You'll Need

Diploma/Degree in Tool Design or Mechanical Engineering.

2-6 years of experience in mould/tooling design (medical plastics preferred).

Strong grasp of DFM, GD&T, shrinkage, tolerance stack-up, parting line & ejection design.

Material knowledge: PP, PC, ABS, TPE, PE etc.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Bonus (Nice to Have)

Experience with hot runners, valve gates, collapsible cores.

Knowledge of Moldflow / Mouldex3D or similar CAE tools.

Exposure to cleanroom tooling and regulatory guidelines (ISO 13485, US FDA 21 CFR 820).

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
