Role DefinitionWe are looking for a reliable Manager for Mould Design team; he will be responsible for
designing new injection moulds, responsible for designing engineering changes on existing
moulds. Support customer's needs in design and engineering. Work in a team environment.
Maintain a high level of mould design standards, Good knowledge of plastic product design and
new product development , Sound knowledge in Tool Design, Tool making, and manufacturing
feasibility, especially in automotive, Medical, Electrical, Home Appliances and medical plastic
components
Responsibilities

xefx82xb7 Experience in Mould design using Siemens NX
xefx82xb7 Article design execution
xefx82xb7 Mould design Execution
xefx82xb7 Design and technical management of moulds and tools
xefx82xb7 Knowledge of moulding, review and approval
xefx82xb7 Design review and development of processing technology
xefx82xb7 Knowledge of Mould Design standardization Mould Assembly concept generation
xefx82xb7 Tooling Feasibility
xefx82xb7 Release preliminary BOM to reduce procurement time of RM & std. parts.
xefx82xb7 Release data & detail for pre machining in parallel to designRequirements and skills
xefx82xb7 B-tech /B.E in Mechanical or 4 yrs. Degree of Equivalent
xefx82xb7 Proven experience of 8-15 yrs experience.
xefx82xb7 Candidate should be working and manage on Mould Design, Development, 3D Molding & Tool
room activity in various capacities
