Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Mould Design Engineer with expertise in SolidWorks and AutoCAD,

who can design and develop moulds, manage tool room activities, and support production

requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering

and practical exposure to tool design and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

? Design and develop injection moulds, die-casting moulds, and related tooling using

SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Prepare 2D and 3D models, detailed drawings, and BOM for mould manufacturing.

Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure feasibility and manufacturability

of moulds.

Manage tool room operations, including tool maintenance, modifications, and

troubleshooting.

Perform mould flow analysis and ensure mould design complies with industry standards.

Optimize mould designs for cost-effectiveness, durability, and production efficiency.

Handle documentation and maintain design records as per company standards.

Tools & Software:

SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and related design tools
