MotorFloor is looking for a talented PHP Laravel Backend Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience. If you're passionate about crafting efficient backend solutions, possess strong fundamentals in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns, and have a keen understanding of Database Designing and Optimization, we invite you to join our team. The person should be fascinated by digital media and would be involved in building products that solve problems of millions.

Responsibilities:
1. Utilize your expertise in Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns to develop scalable and maintainable backend solutions using PHP Laravel.
2. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Database Designing and Optimization technologies to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
3. Collaborate with the development team to design, code, and maintain robust backend solutions for various web applications.
4. Leverage your exceptional programming skills to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
5. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure the quality and consistency of the codebase.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall system architecture.
7. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends to continually enhance our backend development processes.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a PHP Laravel Backend Developer.
2. Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns.
3. Experience in Database Design and Optimization, especially with MySQL.
4. Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
5. Exceptional programming skills with a solid foundation in backend development.
6. Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in the design and development of web applications.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
8. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
