Rewind electric motors, coils as per specifications
Dismantle motors and identify faults in windings
Remove old/damaged windings and re-wind with proper insulation
Perform coil forming, slot insulation, and varnishing
Assemble motors after rewinding and ensure proper fitting
Test motors for continuity, resistance, insulation, and performance
Identify electrical and mechanical faults
Maintain proper records of work done and materials used
Follow safety procedures and quality standards
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
Support production/maintenance team as required
