Job Description

Plan, organize, and supervise the

manufacturing of motors

, including submersible, AC/DC, and other types. Ensure

production targets

are met while maintaining

quality standards

and cost efficiency. Oversee

all stages of production

, including winding, assembly, testing, and packaging. Develop and implement

production schedules

, workflow processes, and manpower allocation. Monitor and maintain

equipment, machines, and tools

to ensure smooth operations.

Train, guide, and manage

production team members, including supervisors, technicians, and operators. Coordinate with

quality control, procurement, and maintenance departments

for smooth operations. Identify and implement

process improvements

to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality. Ensure

compliance with safety regulations

and company policies. Prepare

reports on production performance, resource utilization, and efficiency metrics

for senior management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
